A printed reinterpretation of a travel blog, shaped by calm, light and horizontality
Inspired by Carnets de Traverse, a travel blog founded by a French creative duo known for their poetic storytelling, atmospheric photography and slow-travel ethos, this editorial project translates their digital universe into print. The original blog is a blend of long-form travel narratives, immersive imagery, and carefully crafted moods, offering readers an intimate escape into landscapes and cultures around the world.Traverse
A printed reinterpretation of a travel blog, shaped by calm, light and horizontality
The editorial concept is shaped by rhythm, softness and horizontal space, evoking the open landscapes and endless horizons of slow road trips. Wide margins and airy layouts create a sense of visual breath, while denser, compartmentalized grids on certain pages recall the intimacy of a van interior or a well-packed suitcase. A warm typographic palette and subtle pacing guide the eye across stories, routes and reflections. The result is a printed journey: quiet, atmospheric and carefully composed.
